An organic light emitting display is provided to improve the quality of screen by compensating for the threshold voltage and the deterioration of the thin film transistor. An organic light emitting display comprises the first transistor(M1), a capacitor(Cst), the second transistor(M2), and an organic light-emitting diode. The first transistor is the switching transistor delivering the data signal of the data line(Dm) in response to the selection signal of the scan line(Sn). The capacitor stores the data signal received through the first transistor. The organic light emitting diode generates the light corresponding to the driving current. The first voltage(VDD) is applied to the cathode of the organic light-emitting diode. The second voltage(VSS) is applied to the source electrode of the second transistor. The capacitor is connected between the gate electrode and the source electrode of the second transistor. |
