<p>An actuator has a housing (2), and also has at least one connecting element (3), a shape memory element (4) of which the shape is changed when being heated, a heating element (5), and a thermally conductive element (6). The shape memory element (4) has a substantially long shape, and is arranged in the housing (2) to displace the connecting element (3) when the shape thereof is changed. The heating element (5) is configured and arranged in the housing (2) to heat the shape memory element (4). The thermally conductive element (6) is configured and arranged in the housing (2) to contact the shape memory element (4) for at least a time period on a surface larger than 0.1 times of the entire surface of the shape memory (4). In this case, while the thermally conductive element contacts the shape memory element (4), the thermally conductive element (6) is supported to be displaced at least partially with respect to the shape memory element. However, the thermally conductive element (6) has a surface which does not contact the shape memory element (4) or the thermally conductive element (5) during contact, and the surface thereof is larger than the surface contacting the shape memory element (6) by 1.6 or more times.</p> |
