Disclosed are a joint unit and a pipe structure of a pump tower having the joint unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the joint unit for the pipe structure of the pump tower comprises an installation part mounted at each joint of pipes for connecting the pipes including at least two among a discharge pipe, a charge pipe, and an emergency pipe; and multiple insertion pipes which are arranged at the top of the installation part and into which the end of each connection member for connecting the pipes to each other is inserted.
