摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a pixel circuit, which is capable of compensating a threshold voltage of a driving transistor for controlling light emission of a light emitting diode, a driving method thereof and an organic light emitting display device. The pixel circuit according to the present invention comprises a light emitting diode which is formed to include an organic light emitting cell formed between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode and emits light by carrying a current; a driving transistor for controlling light emission of the light emitting diode according to a voltage applied between a gate terminal and a source terminal; a capacitor having a first terminal for selectively receiving a reference voltage and a data voltage which are alternatively supplied to a data line and a second terminal connected to a first node which is the gate terminal of the driving transistor; and a switching unit for initializing the capacitor during the current horizontal period, storing a sampling voltage including the data voltage and a threshold voltage of the driving transistor in the capacitor, and then emitting the light of the light emitting diode based on the sampling voltage stored in the capacitor whenever the reference voltage and the data voltage are supplied to the data line after the current horizontal period.</p>
