摘要 A method for manufacturing poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) resin according to the present invention comprises the steps of: putting a titanium compound and a germanium compound as a catalyst into a mixture of a diol compound and a dicarboxylic acid; and stirring the mixture to perform esterification and polycondensation, wherein the titanium compound is put into the mixture for the content of titanium to be 20 ppm or less based on the weight of the final poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) resin. The method for manufacturing poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) resin can manufacture poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) resin which is excellently polymerized, has excellent coloring and light reflection rate, and dramatically improved thermal stability, and the poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) resin manufactured according to the present invention is suitable for an LED housing material.
