<p>The present invention relates to an Ecklonia cava derived gene responsive to a change in seawater temperature and a method for checking exposure to a high temperature and a low temperature and, more specifically, to an Ecklonia cava derived specific gene group showing a specific expression change by the change in seawater temperature caused by climate change, which can be used as a biomarker to be used as a microarray and a kit checking the exposure to high temperature and low temperature stress of a marine ecosystem arising from increasing seawater temperature.</p> |
