PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysiloxane-based composition capable of reducing chromaticity shift between individuals of semiconductor light-emitting devices.SOLUTION: A polysiloxane-based composition for LED sealing is a composition containing polysiloxane capable of forming a resin adsorption layer of 0.1 nm to 1000 nm on a phosphor surface and it can converge luminescent color emitted from a semiconductor light-emitting device containing a luminescence element and a phosphor layer to a range of the standard deviation represented by formulae (1) and (2): δ(x)<0.004(1) and δ(y)<0.005(2) when it is used as LED sealing agent.
