A vehicle driving behavior predicting device (1) predicts driving behavior of a vehicle at a prediction subject location on the basis of vehicle speed information or acceleration information, and is provided with: a driving behavior database (150) for storing reference templates (a speed template (151) and an acceleration template (152)) for indicating transitions in vehicle speed information or acceleration information corresponding to driving behavior that is to be predicted in a predetermined prediction interval extending to the prediction subject location; a template conversion unit (144) for converting, on the basis of the approach speed of the vehicle toward the prediction interval, a reference template to a converted template for indicating a transition from the approach speed to the speed or acceleration for a case in which the driving behavior to be predicted is obtained; and a driving behavior prediction unit (145) for comparing the converted template and a current transition in speed information or acceleration information of the vehicle and predicting the driving behavior of the vehicle at the prediction subject location. |
