PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage element capable of preventing the inner peripheral end of an anode or the inner peripheral end of a cathode from floating in a space at the winding center of an electrode body.SOLUTION: A power storage element pertaining to the present invention is provided with an electrode body composed of a sheet-like cathode and anode which are wound having a separator therebetween. The electrode body is flat-shaped having a first and a second flat section facing each other and a first and a second bent section connecting ends of the first and the second flat sections together. Either one of the cathode and the anode is disposed on the innermost periphery of the electrode body covering the inner peripheral end of the other electrode, and the tip edge of the inner peripheral end of the one electrode is located at a place of the bent section crossing a turning-back point of the bent section. |
