The present invention relates to an air mesh fastener with improved firmness, and more specifically, to an air mesh fastener which has improved firmness to improve workability during the mass-production of seats. The fastener according to the present invention includes a ribbon layer which has a plurality of hooks on the bottom, a complementary layer bonded to the upper layer of the ribbon layer, an iron powder resin layer bonded to the upper layer of the complementary layer, a fiber layer in which a plurality of support fibers are arranged on the top of the iron powder resin layer, and a fiber structure layer which has a fiber cloth which has fiber to be coupled to the fiber layer and holes in the fiber cloth. |
