The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a heat insulating material and a finishing material and an insulation constructing method using the apparatus capable of coupling a finishing material using a frame without plaster adhesive. The conventional insulation constructing method is impossible to be performed because adhesive is not cured in the winter season in which a temperature is rapidly decreased, and has high construction costs due to complex construction. To solve the problems, the present invention suggests the apparatus for fixing a heat insulating material and a finishing material which includes a frame having a plurality of openings and including a plurality of fixing pins coupled to the inside of the frame, wherein the openings are longer than the fixing pins. After injection spaces formed on left and right sides of the fixing pins are filled with urethane foam and the heat insulating material, the fixing pins, and the frame are fixated, a finishing material is fixed and coupled to the top of the frame by a coupling unit. Also, the present invention suggests the insulation constructing method using the apparatus includes: an adhesive applying step, a heat insulating material coupling step, a fixing pin and frame coupling step, a fixing pin and heat insulating material coupling step, a urethane foam filling step, and a finishing material coupling step, which are performed in order. Therefore, the present invention can perform construction in the winter season and can easily and rapidly perform construction because the frame is further easily coupled by the fixing pin and the finishing material is coupled by a dry construction method using the frame and the coupling unit. |
