The present invention relates to a shoe easily attached and detached to and form a heel. The shoe comprises a midsole in which insoles are stacked, comprising an upper insole of which a removable ball is formed on one side and a lower insole connected to the lower part of the upper insole in which an operation groove in an elongated form in communication with the removable ball; an operation groove in which a removable unit is installed arrange on the lower part of the lower insole to be located in the operation groove; a shoe body in which a guide unit having a yaw groove for a heel to be connected; and a heel in which a sliding unit inserted in the guiding unit of the heel body and a coupling groove in which the removable unit is detachably connected. The removable unit is inserted in the operation groove and includes a rotary guide with a rotating shaft, a fixing unit coupled to the rotary guide for rotating, a button unit projected and formed on one side of the fixing unit to be in the removable ball and supplying predetermined press, an elastic member fixed in the button unit with the upper part and providing predetermined elastic restoring force, and a combining member in the other part of the fixing unit to be bonded to the coupling groove of the heel and releasing coupling according to the operation of the button unit.
