The purpose of the present invention is to provide vacuum pulse apparatus which connects an discharging unit of a vacuum pump and an atmospheric intake unit of a high speed switching valve so as to resupply air having pressure discharged from the vacuum pump to a handpiece having the shape of an intake cup through the high speed switching valve so that the skin is rapidly recovered to the original state. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a vacuum pump having a first intake unit and a first discharging unit, intakes air through the first intake unit by generating negative vacuum pressure, and discharges air through the first discharging unit in the form of positive pressure; a high speed switching valve having a second intake unit, a second discharging unit, and an inlet, wherein the second discharging unit connects with the first intake unit of the vacuum pump through an intake pipe conduit, the inlet connects with the first discharging unit of the vacuum pump through a discharging pipe conduit, and the second intake unit connects with an intake cup to alternatively connect with the second discharging unit and the inlet at high speed; and a handpiece connecting with the second intake unit of the high speed switching valve and making the skin reciprocate and massaging the skin through the negative pressure generated from the vacuum pump and the positive pressure discharged from the first discharging unit.
