The present invention provides a stirring system for solid state fermentation. The stirring system comprises the followings: a screw device for inserting and discharging organic waste in a fermentation tank, and compressing, crushing, and mixing the organic waste; a transfer device for transferring the organic waste crushed by the screw device; a discharging device for discharging the organic waste transferred by the transfer device by being connected to the transfer device; a moving device for moving the screw device to first, second, and third directions which are crossing each other at the right angle; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the screw device, the transfer device, the discharging device, and the moving device by the state of the organic waste.
