PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coating composition excellent in coating workability and capable of providing coating excellent in finished appearance.SOLUTION: An aqueous coating composition contains a hydroxyl group-containing polyester resin having a number average molecular weight of 800 to 3000 obtained by a reaction of an acid component in which a content of an alicyclic polybasic acid component (a-1) is 55 to 100 mol% based on a total amount of the acid component and an alcohol component (A), and a specific block polyisocyanate compound (B). |
