A mixer drum device for a mixer car, for stirring a stored material, provided with a drum arranged so as to be able to rotate on a vehicle body and formed so that one end thereof is an open end and the other end is a closed end, a drum blade arranged in a helical shape along an inner wall surface of the drum, and a sub blade extending from a distal end part of the drum blade toward the center of rotation of the drum. The sub blade is provided toward the open end of the drum.
