PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make slip-down prevention property excellent by preventing slippage of a girth part and a waist part from being interlocked with each other, raise easiness of wearing without hindering the action of the legs of a wearer, and improve the appearance and touch of a diaper.SOLUTION: An underpants-type disposable diaper 1 is such that a back body sheet 20 and a front body sheet 30 are each provided with slippage-absorbing zones 2 and 3 in which a gap between specific elastic expansion members is set larger than a gap between elastic expansion members in an adjacent peripheral area; the slippage-absorbing zone 3 provided on the front body sheet 30 is deviated to a crotch side more than the slippage-absorbing zone 2 provided on the back body sheet 20; and there is a relative difference (L2-L1) between a distance L2 from a waist opening end to an upper end of the slippage-absorbing zone provided on the front body sheet 30, and a distance L1 from a waist opening end to an upper end of the slippage-absorbing zone provided on the back body sheet 20. |
