摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of compatibly attaining operativeness and positioning accuracy.SOLUTION: An actuator 1 includes a screw shaft 10, and a nut 20 to be threaded to the screw shaft 10 via a plurality of rolling elements. With the screw shaft 10 and the nut 20 relatively rotated, the screw shaft 10 or the nut 20 functions as a linear motion member 2 which has linear motion in the axial direction. The screw shaft 10 as the linear motion member 2 has a first member 10A and a second member 10B. In an end 11 of the first member 10A to contact a mating member 50, an opening 12 is provided for opening to the side of the mating member 50. Into the opening 12, the second member 10B is loosely fitted. When the screw shaft 10 with the first member 10A having linear motion energizes the mating member 50 connected to the screw shaft 10, the second member 10B is non-movable in the axial direction and movable in the radial direction relative to the first member 10A.
