Disclosed is a ship ballast water treatment device calculating a flux from a pump pressure. The ship ballast water treatment device comprises the following: a ballast water pump which pushes and flows a ship ballast water along a main pipe; a pressure meter measuring the pressure of the ballast water; a ballast water treatment unit sterilizing the ballast water by a predetermined treatment process for the ship ballast water flowing along the main pipe; and a controller calculating a flux by using the pressure measured by the pressure meter using the pump pressure/flux correlation information of the ballast water pump, thereby controlling the treatment degree of the ballast water treatment unit based on the flux.
