PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an assist power of a generator-motor to an engine from becoming excessive while increasing the speed of warming-up of a power storage device.SOLUTION: A power control device 61 sets a power supplied from a power storage device 41 to a generator-motor 13 as a power obtained by adding an electric discharge addition power &Dgr;E1 to a power at "normal time", at "abnormal time" when a temperature of the power storage device 41 is lower than a preset temperature set in advance (S13). An unloading valve 31 is closed by an unloading valve control device 63 at "abnormal time" (S17). A relief valve 33 controls a hydraulic oil pressure so that a discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump 21 becomes a preset pressure (preset pressure of the relief valve 33) at "abnormal time".
