PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a start control unit with a return mechanism, capable of performing return operation from a release position after performing release of a release lock by a simple constitution, and preventing an opening/closing bar from entering a vehicular traffic space during a return operation.SOLUTION: A return arm unit 42 includes: a unit body 60 arranged on an upper part of a body 6; a rotary arm 62 provided so that one end thereof is rotatable with respect to the unit body 60; and a push-up member 64 mounted to the other end of the rotary arm 62. The push-up member 64 is configured so that it can abut on a bar holder 14 when an opening/closing bar is at a release position and an arm 10 is at an angular position equivalent to an open position. The push-up member 64 can push up the bar holder 14 in such a manner that the bar holder 14 rotates with respect to the arm 10 and the opening/closing bar returns from the release position. |
