The present invention relates to functional salt in which a fermentation enzyme is impregnated in salt, and has a nutrient eating effect and an appetite stimulating effect. Impurities inside the enzyme salt is completely removed through a yeast activation action of microorganisms, and the original and pure form and components of the salt is maintained by producing enzymes from useful components of Dendropanax morbiferus H.
