PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device having high photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The process of manufacturing a photoelectric conversion device 11 includes steps of: forming on an electrode layer 2 a coating M containing a group I-B element and a group III-B element, and containing more selenium elements in a remaining part than in a surface part on the opposite side of the electrode layer 2; and making the coating M to a group I-III-VI compound semiconductor layer 3 containing a selenium element and a sulfur element as group VI-B elements by heating under a first atmosphere containing a sulfur element. |
