PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable vehicle seat that can be retracted along a vehicular sidewall by folding a seat back 40 on a seat cushion 50 to be rotated with the vehicular sidewall side of the seat cushion 50 as the center of a hinge, which composes simply a lock device for holding the seat at a retracting position at a low cost by composing the lock device with two members, engagement surfaces of which are overlapped with each other and released only by relative movement.SOLUTION: A lock device is composed of a hook 10 provided on the seat back 40 side and an engaged member 20 provided on a vehicular sidewall B side. When the lock device is locked, a back side of a flange portion 12 of a pin 10 and an inner side of a slide lever 22 of the engaged member 20 are overlapped with each other to be engaged, and the inner side can be moved to the rear of the vehicle. This movement realizes a lock state of the lock device that the engagement surfaces are overlapped to be engaged and an unlock state of the lock device that the engagement surfaces are not overlapped and not engaged. |
