The invention relates to a surgical, torque-transmitting instrument comprising a handle to which a handle shaft is flange-mounted or can be flange-mounted, in which a tool receiving element, for selectively receiving a rotatably mounted surgical tool or a surgical tool which can be rotatably mounted in the handle shaft, in particular for axially securing the tool in the tool receiving element and for transferring torque to the tool, is provided. Said tool receiving element comprises, according to the invention, the following components: a sleeve-shaped drive shaft with a proximal insertion area for a torsion shaft and distal torque transmission areas and axial locking areas for the tool, in addition to a closing sleeve surrounding the drive shaft rotationally and displacably, having a distal blocking section interacting with the axial locking region of the drive shaft for axially locking and releasing the tool, and a proximal stopping section which interacts on the insertion region of the drive shaft for locking the tool receiving element on the torsion shaft for transmitting torque and axial forces, and for releasing the tool receiving element with respect to the torsion shaft. |
