Disclosed is an intelligent delivery route selecting method comprising: delivery strategies for a mail system are acquired, the mail system comprises N types of the delivery strategies, and the delivery strategies comprise proxy server nodes and delivery frequencies, and N is an integral number that is not less than 4; the corresponding delivery strategies are randomly selected to perform the mail delivery according to the proportion of the delivery frequencies in the N types of the delivery strategies; N types of the delivery strategies are updated to obtain N types of new delivery strategies; and the N types of the new delivery strategies are stored in the mail system. An intelligent delivery route selecting system is also disclosed. By adopting the present invention, the delivery strategies in the delivery routing selecting can be updated automatically, so that the success rate is improved when mails are delivered.
