Provided is a process for producing an intermediate for interposers which includes a glass substrate having a plurality of through holes, the process comprising (a) a step in which a resin layer is formed on a supporting substrate and (b) a step in which a glass substrate that has a plurality of through holes formed therein and has a thickness of 0.05-0.3 mm is brought into close contact with the surface of the resin layer to form a laminate.
