A mVoIP service repeater and a relay method for the same are disclosed. A mVoIP service repeater according to the present invention comprises a subscriber information storage unit for storing subscriber information by receiving the subscriber information from a plurality of mVoIP servers which provide different mobile voice over internet protocol (mVoIP) services; a connection request reception unit for receiving a connection request signal for requesting mVoIP call connection from an originating terminal to a reception terminal; a subscribed server determination unit for determining a mVoIP subscription service corresponding to the originating terminal and the reception terminal based on the subscriber information stored in the subscriber information storage unit when a connection request signal is received using the connection request reception unit; and a voice packet transmission unit for adaptively transmitting a voice packet according to the mVoIP subscription service corresponding to the reception terminal and the originating terminal respectively.
