Provided are a touch panel, a touch screen structure and a touch display device thereof. The touch screen structure is used in the touch panel, and comprises a protection cover plate and at least one color-changeable decoration layer. The color-changeable decoration layer is made of a thermochromic material or photochromic material and disposed in a peripheral area n of a lower surface of a protection case, and a set area of the color-changeable decoration layer defines a non-visual area of the touch panel.
