PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic output signal detection circuit capable of detecting an ultrasonic output signal output from an ultrasonic oscillator to an ultrasonic vibrator, with simple constitution, at a low cost and in a saved space.SOLUTION: There is provided an ultrasonic cleaning device including an ultrasonic vibrator for applying ultrasonic vibration to a cleaning liquid for cleaning a cleaning object, and an ultrasonic wave oscillator which is connected with the ultrasonic vibrator through an output cable and vibrates the ultrasonic vibrator. In the ultrasonic cleaning device, a detection circuit for detecting an ultrasonic output signal output from the ultrasonic wave oscillator comprises: a current transformer which is connected with the output cable, detects a high-frequency electric current output from the ultrasonic wave oscillator and flowing through the output cable and transforms the high-frequency electric current; a rectification circuit which is connected with the current transformer and rectifies the high-frequency electric current transformed by the current transformer; and an output circuit which is connected with the rectification circuit and outputs the output signal corresponding to the electric current rectified by the rectification circuit, as a detected ultrasonic output signal to the outside. |
