PURPOSE: Splicing apparatus and method thereof for a semi-finished tire product are provided to prevent deformation of material by improving an adhesive force between magnet and magnet bar by installing the magnet in an end of a forming drum. CONSTITUTION: A splicing apparatus for a semi-finished tire product includes a forming drum (2) in which a magnet (5) is buried in both ends in the radial direction, a frame (7) extended to the longitudinal direction of the forming drum, having engaging and disengaging magnet bar (6) with the magnet while being rotatable with respect to the forming drum and a locking unit (10) locking or unlocking operation of the magnet bar with respect to the forming drum while being installed in the frame. |
