Provided is an elastic conductive nano-fiber comprising: an elastic nano-fiber; and conductive layer consisting of carbon nanotubes and metal nanoparticles on the surface of the elastic conductive nano-fiber. The carbon nanotubes and the metal nanoparticles can form percolation networks. The elastic nano-fiber can consist of an elastic polymer.
