The present invention relates to a TV signal receiving device. The TV signal receiving device according to an embodiment includes: an electric plug which is inserted into a power outlet outside a main body and receives external power; an antenna connector which is connected to an antenna outside the main body; a communication unit which performs a connection to a wired/wireless communication network according to the control of the control unit in the main body; a TV receiving unit which extracts video data by receiving a TV signal of a predetermined channel through the antenna according to the control of the control unit in the main body and transmits the video data to an external terminal which requests the video data; and the control unit which controls the device to supply the external power to each unit of the device if the external power is inputted through the electric plug in the main body, controls the communication unit to connect to the wired/wireless communication network, and controls the TV receiving unit to transmit a TV signal to the external terminal which requests the TV signal if a TV reception request signal of a channel is received from the external terminal which is connected through the connected wired/wireless communication network. According to an embodiment, the present invention is able to be installed in an electric outlet in an indoor space like home because the electric plug is formed outside the main body and is also able to transmit a TV signal of high sensitivity to various terminals through a wireless communication by receiving the TV signal of high sensitivity through an external antenna like a public office antenna. |
