摘要 The technique for splitting the thick full-thickness meshed epidermis-translocalizing autodermograft with 1-9 ratio of area increase comprises the use of the glue dermatome. The donor area of the skin is covered with thin layer of the dermatome glue. The half-cylinder is positioned onto the donor area of the skin with its leading edge. Then autodermograft of the specified thickness is cut by pressing the dermatome and rotating the handle. The cut autodermograft is separated from the operating surface of the dermatome. At the level of over the free ends, the linear cusps together with the donor area of the skin are excised. Then the flat knife is set to its initial position and the thick full-thickness x autodermograft is split into ten epidermis-translocalizing autodermografts.
