A semiconductor apparatus according to the present technique includes: a sense amplifier unit which is enabled for a predetermined amount of time during a read operation in response to a first read enable signal, and is enabled before a write operation and disabled when the write operation begins in response to a second read enable signal; and a switch unit which connects a write driver and a memory unit during a write operation in response to a first selection signal, connects the sense amplifier unit and the memory unit during a read operation in response to a control signal, and connects before a write operation and cuts the connection when the write operation begins.
