<p>The present invention relates to a production method of biodiesel from microalgae which comprises the following steps: adding a solvent containing biodiesel to the microalgae for swelling oil drops in the microalgae; extracting biooil from the microalgae containing the swollen oil drops; transfer-esterificating the extracted biooil; and purifying the transfer-esterificated biodiesel. The production method of biodiesel according to the present invention can improve the extraction efficiency of the biooil from the microalgae compared to an existing technology, and provide economical and environmentally friendly processes by controlling the usage of an organic solvent.
