The method involves using an envelope for a notch of an electrically insulating material, taking the internal rectangular shape of the notch to axially insert the conductors of a pin coil (35). A tubular insulating unit (33) is used for the envelope and is put in rectangular shape with four folds without discontinuity. The four folds are marked by two-by-two folding of the tubular unit. An Independent claim is also included for an insulating device for a pin coil housed in the notches of a magnetic circuit in a rotating electrical machine.
