The present invention relates to an LNG fuel gas supply system which comprises the following: a fuel supply line; a high pressure pump installed on the fuel supply line; a heat exchanger installed on the fuel supply line; a boosting pump connected to one end of the fuel supply line; and a fuel supply outlet installed on the upper side of an LNG storage tank, and including a manhole frame and a foot valve. The LNG fuel gas supply system of the present invention discharges LNG through the upper side of the LNG storage tank by installing the boosting pump inside the LNG storage tank, and installing the fuel supply outlet with the manhole frame and a manhole lid for passing through the fuel supply line connected to the boosting pump.
