<p>The invention relates to a capsule for the production of a beverage, comprising a lid (8) through which a pressurised fluid is injected into a first chamber (10) containing an edible product. The base of the first chamber (10) comprises perforations (12) through which the fluid mixed with the edible product can pass into a second chamber (11). The second chamber (11) is provided with labyrinth-forming partitions (9) that delay the release of the fluid/edible product mixture. A plate (6) forms the base of the first chamber (10) and is provided with perforations (12) allowing the passage of the fluid mixed with the edible product. The partitions (9) are disposed on the lower face of the plate (6), thereby forming a one-piece assembly comprising the plate (6) and the partitions (9).</p> |
