<p>Disclosed is an apparatus for eliminating a meshing gap between a worm gear and a worm and increasing an output torque, the apparatus comprising a main worm gear sheet (1), an auxiliary worm gear sheet (2), and a moment arm structure, wherein the moment arm structure comprises a fulcrum (4), a dynamic arm (8) and a resistance arm (9); the fulcrum (4) is arranged on the main worm sheet (1); the resistance arm (9) is connected to the auxiliary worm sheet (2); and an end of the resistance arm (9) comprises a boss (5), with the boss (5) being inserted into a key groove (6) of the auxiliary worm sheet (2). The length of the dynamic arm (8) is larger than that of the resistance arm (9), then when a small external force is exerted on an end of the dynamic arm (8), a large force can be generated at the end of the resistance arm (9), so that the boss (5) of the end of the resistance arm (9) pushes the auxiliary worm sheet (2) into the key groove (6), accordingly, the main worm sheet (1) and the auxiliary worm sheet (2) generate relative rotation, and the torque output by the worm gear is increased. The apparatus conveniently eliminates the meshing gap between the worm gear and the worm, and at the same time, increases the output torque so as to improve rigidity of the system, and the apparatus has a simple structure and is convenient to adjust.</p> |
