The present invention relates to a system and a method for constructing an integrated management database of an electronic circuit board, and an electronic circuit board management system using the same. The purpose of the present invention obtains a standard replacement by model, maintenance standards, and components to be carefully replaced by analyzing the lifetime of the safety related to the electronic circuit board of a nuclear power plant. To achieve this purpose, the present invention comprises a list writing part selecting an analysis target system of the nuclear power plant and drawing up a list of the electronic circuit board by system; a component information writing part writing the component information of the selected electronic circuit board; a research and analysis part researching and analyzing the history of the failed field of the selected electronic circuit board; a calculation part calculating a failure rate and a lifetime design of the selected electronic circuit board; and a maintenance policy information estimation part estimating the maintenance policy information according to the lifetime design of the electronic circuit board.
