The present invention relates to a bus boarding guidance system for the mobility-handicapped, capable of guiding the mobility-handicapped to get on the right bus conveniently through wireless communication between a bus stop and a bus. According to the first feature of the present invention, the bus boarding guidance system guides the boarding of the mobility-handicapped onto a bus through wireless communication between a bus stop terminal installed in a bus stop and a bus terminal installed in a bus.The bus stop terminal includes: an input unit for the bus stop terminal through which the route number and the northbound/southbound indicator of a bus are inputted or selected; a wireless communication unit for the bus stop terminal which transmits wireless signals for boarding standby notification including information on the route number and the northbound/southbound indicator to the bus terminal; and a control unit for the bus stop terminal which controls the wireless communication unit to transmit the wireless signals for boarding standby notification including the information on the route number and the northbound/southbound indicator, which are inputted through the input unit for the bus stop terminal, to the bus terminal.
