PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both work support for a catheter operation and reduction of radiation exposure.SOLUTION: A lumen detection part 15 detects a luminal center line relating to a specific lumen from a three-dimensional image relating to a subject that receives a procedure using an intraluminal insertion tool. A system control part 12 identifies a reference position of the intraluminal insertion tool on a two-dimensional image including an image relating to the intraluminal insertion tool, on the basis of the image of the intraluminal insertion tool that is extracted through a user instruction or is extracted from the two-dimensional image through image processing, and identifies a current position of an intraluminal insertion tube on the basis of entering distance from the reference position relating to the intraluminal insertion tool and the detected luminal center line. A cross-sectional image generation part 16 generates cross-sectional image data relating to a cross section passing the current position or a planned entering position anterior to the current position, from three-dimensional image data. The system control part 12 repeatedly calibrates the reference position at a point of time when the intraluminal insertion tool moves from previous calibration processing by prescribed distance or when prescribed time elapses after the previous calibration processing. |
