The present invention provides a suction nozzle for sucking a workpiece. The suction nozzle is provided with a suction opening forming section, a support section which supports the suction opening forming section, and a cylindrical seal member which is provided between the support section and the suction opening forming section. The suction opening forming section has a cylindrical shape which forms a suction opening. The support section is provided with an engagement section which engages with the suction opening forming section and which supports the suction opening forming section so that the suction opening forming section can be displaced in the direction in which the workpiece is sucked. The seal member is an elastic member which presses the suction opening forming section toward the workpiece.
