PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow sensor which has predetermined explosion-proof performance and which can perform highly-reliable gas flow detection, a sensor unit having the flow sensor, and a gas detector.SOLUTION: A flow sensor includes: a sensor case 11 having two openings; a flow detector element 20 and a temperature compensating element 25 both of which are provided inside the sensor case; and a flame arrester 15 which is made of wire gauze and which is provided inside the sensor case in a manner to cover each of the openings. One of the openings is formed on a peripheral wall of the bottomed cylinder-shaped sensor case, and the other of the openings is formed on an end wall of the sensor case. |
