PURPOSE: A payment unit setting method and a mobile apparatus applying the same are provided to set up a mobile payment unit for each mobile payment application in the environment in which multiple mobile payment applications are installed in the mobile apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A mobile payment unit which is used by a first mobile payment application is set up in a first setting step. A mobile payment unit which is used by a second mobile payment application is set up in a second setting step. A mobile payment unit to be used is determined according to the performed mobile payment application by referring a setting result of the first setting step and the second setting step.
