摘要 Provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for optical use which is suitable for adhesion of a liquid crystal device to a glass substrate and a polarizing plate. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for optical use comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of acrylic polymer; and (B) 0.01-10 parts by weight of adhesive modifier which is a radical copolymer having the following (a) or (b) component and includes acryl/silicon based graft copolymer having a hydrolyzable sylil group. (a) a radically polymerizable organopolysiloxane compound,(b) a radically polymerizable organosilicic compound represented by formula (1). (X indicates a radical polymerization group, R1 indicates bivalent hydrocarbon radical having 1-12 carbons in which oxygen atom can be disclosed or a single bond, R2 and R3 respectively indicate monovalent hydrocarbon groups having 1-4 carbons, a indicates an integer of 1-3.) (c) a radically polymerizable polyoxyakylene compound, (d) acrylic monomers (except, the compositions included in (a), (b), and (c)).
