PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary ignition tool for a lighter which enables even a physically weak person who has difficulty in pressing down an ignition button with his/her finger to ignite the lighter easily.SOLUTION: An auxiliary ignition tool for a lighter, which can be installed at a vertically long lighter body 9 having a narrow front surface 91, a narrow back surface 92, broad left and right side surfaces 93 and 93 and a bottom surface 94, includes: a vertically long case member 1 externally fitted at the narrow back surface 92, a part of the broad left and right side surfaces 93 and 93 and the bottom surface 94 of the lighter body 9 so as to surround them; and a swing lever 2 swingably pivoted at an upper part 1a of the case member 1 closer to the narrow back surface 92 of the lighter body 9. At the swing lever 2, a contact part 29 is provided for pressing down an ignition button 99 provided closer to the narrow front surface 91 of an upper part 9a of the lighter body 9. It is configured in such a manner that, by pressing the swing lever 2 as well as gripping the case member 1 with one hand, the swing lever 2 swings, and the contact part 29 presses the ignition button 99 with double force. |
