PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fifth ring coupler capable of facilitating the latch process of a closing element and executing the latch process with reliability higher than conventionally.SOLUTION: A fifth ring coupler includes a tension handle 32 having a tension lever 40 and a safety lever 50. The tension handle 32 is movable to a locking position and a lock releasing position in the passing space 82 of the guiding means 80 of a fifth ring coupler plate 2. The fifth ring coupler includes means having safety means 60 having a movably disposed blocking element 62 and configured to block the tension handle 32. The safety means 60 is disposed on the fifth ring coupler plate 2. The tension handle 32 has means for operating the safety means 60. |
