PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the distribution of a binder in the thickness direction of an electrode more uniformly.SOLUTION: Until a point when an electrode material is exposed from a surface of a coating film, a process of heating the coating film is performed so that a first average evaporation rate Sva1 is included in a region A, the first average evaporation rate being the average of an evaporation rate of a solvent from the coating film. Accordingly, a binder distribution in the thickness direction of the coating film after dried, that is an electrode, can be made more uniformly. An effect of uniforming the binder distribution can be increased more by allowing the first average evaporation rate Sva1 to be included in a region B. |
